The process

It all starts with the plastic. We use recycled plastic regrinds

We then pour the plastic regrinds into a brick shaped mold

We then use an oven to melt the plastic so it maintains the brick shape

Safety

Generally, plastic inhalation is very bad for the lungs. Which is why whenever Bio Home handles plastic in a way, we always wear a respirator.

Bio Home employees are trained and wear proper safety equipment. Please do not melt or burn plastics in any way.
